RAW MATERIALS
100% of wood used in our production is FSC certified. Buying FSC certified products you support the responsible management of the world’s forests.
DRYING
Knowledge and experience allow us to control totally a process of drying wood. We own a four chamber computer controlled dryer of 480 m3. The drying process is monitored by probes placed inside wood giving us the exact level of moisture. We dry wood to 12% of moisture.
EFFICIENCY
Advanced machinery and high technology are inherent factors in the improvement of a production process. Application of new quality management systems allows to maintain high production quality standards.
PROCESSING
Advanced machinery guarantees precision and repeatability of produced components.
GLUE
For product assembly we use one ingredient glues with limited emission of toxic substances, water and high temperature resistant.
IMPREGNATION
100% of our products is impregnated by bath method. We preserve wood to third category using non chromium, non arsenic wood preservatives.
ASSEMBLY
Special assembly tables facilitate a precise assembly of components. This way we render accuracy of assembly and repeatability of our products.
PACKING
Product components are carefully packed into five and three layer carton boxes with assembly instruction and prepared for transportation. LOGISTICS
We own stockrooms and trucks. Moreover, as a result of a long-term cooperation with reliable transportation companies we offer favorable transport services. |
